EnGEN COVID-19 POLICY STATEMENT
To our Employees, Clients and Colleagues:
On behalf of EnGEN Corporation, we wanted to send a personal note to clients and colleagues regarding how we are responding to the COVID-19 (pandemic). Since we face this as a collective and unprecedented challenge it will require all of our cooperation to help keep our communities safe and healthy.
What We're Doing:
The following companywide personnel policies are enacted to establish all with the personnel interaction policies moving forward, until further notice, as follows:
· Social distancing (6’ separation minimum)
· Wash hands often and treat with hand sanitizer after touching surfaces repeatedly
· Keep hands away from eyes, ears and nose (avoid touching face)
· Cough into elbow
· Notify you supervisor or leave the office immediately upon feeling ill
Any employee that feels ill will be sent home and not return without a doctor’s clearance. We have a cleaning crew that thoroughly cleans our office’s and bathroom each week. We are instructing them to sterilize all surfaces appropriately until further notice.
We all need to cooperate and work together to minimize the impact of this this pandemic.
